International Orders


We currently ship to the following countries:

Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom.

Transit times are typically 5-14 days but can take as much as 4 weeks depending on the destination. Since we do not have any control over customs processing, we cannot be responsible for delays. We do our very best when filling out formal customs declarations to avoid delays, however, depending on your destination country, customs could hold up a package for a few weeks.


According to your country’s laws, your package may be subject to a customs duty and/or VAT charge. We are not responsible for customs duties or VAT charges as these are determined by your country’s customs office. We cannot declare international orders as a gift to bypass or reduce any import fees. For your convenience, our Harmonized System (HS) Code is: 330499. For more information on customs duties and VAT, please contact your country’s customs office.


If you refuse a shipment, you will be responsible for all shipping and related taxes and duties plus a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund.


All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless indicated otherwise. The exchange rate will be determined by your credit card issuer.


International returns are accepted within 45 days of your ship date. Gift cards cannot be returned. Your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. We recommend that you insure your parcel as this will provide you with recourse with the shipping company. Shipping charges at time of purchase cannot be reimbursed.

Also, let us know if you want to exchange your purchase so we can confirm that we have the item in stock and put it on hold for you.
