This isn't just advice- it's the start of your skin transformation you've been looking for; and it's free of charge!
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and appointments need to be rescheduled or cancelled. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment in too short notice, we're unable to offer that time slot to another client who would be able to recieve a service in your absence. Respectfully, we ask that you notify us of appointment reschedules or cancellations at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled start time. If you’re unable to reschedule or cancel your appointment within that timeframe, the following fees will be incurred: *24 hours or more in advance of your scheduled start time—No Fee! *Less than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled start time—100% of the cost of services booked. *No-Shows—100% of the cost of services booked. Last, but no least, we offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you have not arrived within 15 minutes of your scheduled start time, you will be considered No-Show and 100% of the cost of services booked will be incurred as a No-Show fee. Respectfully, no exceptions.
